Base block for Hyrox Chiba in August. Row + bike dominant, low-impact running, plenty of zone-2.
12–2pm gym M/W/F · Tuesday sprints · Thursday Z2 · Saturday row/bike · Sunday hike. 90kg, 18% body fat, trending the right way.

Building
Kozen-X site shipped. Cubby Labs in early planning.
Kozen-X — supplement aggregator, the honest shelf. Cubby Labs — premium DTC, evidence-first, no firm SKU list yet.
Filming
Class 2A motorcycle license practical block, filmed end to end.
Same playbook as the Class 2B series — turned out to be the best-performing content on the channel. CDC bookings 8 May & 19 May. Practical gated to ≥28 May.
Reading
Aesop's copy archive. Munger annual letters, obsessively. Too many supplement labels.

A page that ages in public.

The internet trained us to perform. Bios get polished. Twitter handles get curated. The "About" page becomes a CV. None of it tells you what someone is actually doing this week.

A now page is the opposite. It's the answer to "what are you up to?" — written down, dated, and updated whenever the answer changes. No filter, no aspirational fluff, no past achievements.
